Want to learn the basics of Crypto? How about discussing crypto after work or school?

Because we’re an accounting firm, we’d like to take a new approach.

We will discuss crypto from a finance, accounting, tax, and audit perspective.

Of course, we love the tech too so we’ll probably touch on that too, no doubt.

In the first few rounds, we are planning on discussing topics like:

How does Bitcoin work?

We will learn the basics of how Bitcoin and blockchains work.
What is the difference between bitcoin and other cryptos?

We will discuss the fundamental differences between bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
How to research crypto?

We will share some of the useful resources that are available when learning about crypto.
How are cryptos treated from a tax perspective?

We will learn the basics of crypto tax.
How are cryptos treated from an accounting perspective?

We will learn how cryptos are treated from an accounting perspective.

We’re still in the experimental phase with this so we’d like to keep the group small for now (1-5 people per roundtable).
