Why did I build this?

That thought led to the development of this “Google Sheets × AI (Gemini)” combination.

How does it work? (It’s surprisingly easy)

Using it is almost like magic.

1. Toss it into G-Drive: Simply upload photos of receipts taken with your phone or PDF invoices received via email into a dedicated Google Drive folder.
2. AI Automates the Analysis: The latest AI (Gemini) instantly parses the documents. It reads the date, amount, and vendor, predicts the optimal “account category,” and lists them in your spreadsheet.
3. Review and Click: All you have to do is open the spreadsheet and give a quick check to the journal entries proposed by the AI. If everything looks good, just click a button to approve!
4. Auto-Updated Financial Statements: Approved data is instantly reflected in the database, automatically generating and updating your Profit & Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S).
